As far as grill gaurds go... dont get a grill gaurd. They're worthless. Get an actual bumper gaurd, like an ARB. Grill gaurds are much cheaper, but they dont do anything to protect your vehicle and in some cases actually cause more damage. Also, in my opinion they look cheap. Bling that really isnt bling. Full bumper bars like the ARB(retails at $1900.00 for our Tundras)actually protect and allow a winch to be mounted. I have had ARB's on all my Toys and have hit a couple of deer at speeds in excess 60 mph. It's a lot of money, but if you consider the deductible you will pay and the use of your Tundra gone for a couple of weeks and the fact that it will probably never be the same again, it's worth it.
