I do have the RCD 6" lift and so far is been great. My truck was their test truck for their 1st lift kit,The guys aat Rcd really took their time with this kit .I 'm disabled so they were able to keep my truck for more than 2 months to do all the ad...
No I didn't have to get any other extras that didn't come with the lift kit. I did have to get extra long break lines and u bolts and blocks for the rear, because of the extra 2" Haven't really done much in it to stretch the suspension, I want to ...
Seems I have time to do some research but thanks for the info. I'm a 4x4 as well and the main reason I want the lift anyway is because it floods in TX....6" makes a big difference. Plus it just looks badass!
I have the Pro Comp Stage II it was $2500 for the lift and about $500 for install. You can do the Stage I for a lot less, and there are a lot more 6" lifts out now so I am sure there are some that are cheaper. Also mine is a 4x4 so that adds a lot...
Thanks, Bryce. I guess I'll just wait til I want to change the wheels and drop a megaload on the truck at that time. Was it over $1500 for your setup, if you don't mind me asking?
I can't make up my mind all the way but I think I'm going for the lift if I can find one within my range, parts and TX labor. 3" isn't aggressive enough for me but I'm not ready to do wheels at the same time and think the truck may look awkward wi...
the lift was freee.I was their 1st test truck so they kept my truck a long time to test their kid.I m retired so i didnt mind.I was at at 4 wheel parts today and i noticed my truck was taller than somebody else's cremax with a 6" fabteck truck
Very cool! My truck hardly moves, even on weekend. But when I do drive it's usually a good distance so I'm still debating. Your son is a lucky kid to have a nice truck.
The lift looks very nice on the truck.....any TPMS issues with the wheels/tires, how has the ride changed, and can you start monitoring changes in MPG as well?
