Changing Gauge Light colors

Would it be possible to change the led's in the gauge cluster to a different color?

Maybe I'll drop the truck off to Tony while I go visit the casino. No way in h3LL I'm even thinking of attempting this and would gladly pay to get blue and/or white lights.

HA HA HA . We do have a sweet Casino right down the road. I have been watching him slowly build his door handle LEDS and his truck is going to be sweet. HE went out an bought a MIcro Processor to control them. Scary awesome.

I am going to have to modify the way i did my wiring... makes me mad when i miss something i should have seen before hand....

well, anywho. funny this thread should have all this activity.. i just spent the last 4 hours in my truck driving back from Mississippi considering how hideous the orange backlighting is on my dash... I SMELL ANOTHER PROJECT......YIPPP EEEEE!!!

I found the LEDs for less at Uniqueleds.com, but I don"t know if they are the best ones to use. The larger (Ha..Ha..) 3.5 LEDs are only $0.69. I think I'm going to go for it because now I can't stand the amber it is now, (Thanks a lot for bringing it to my attention.) If i don't post again it is because I have hung myself with the cord to my soldering gun.

even better than .69.... in the wholesale box it shows .58 if you buy 25 or more.... hmmmmmm

Got all my LEDs in today. I thought they forgot to put them in the huge padded package they sent until i opened my recite and three small baggies fell out. You can't imagine just how small they are until you see them in real life. I ordered them from Unique-Leds and they came in only a few days for less than $30.00. Can't wait to get started. I will be keeping a picture record of the job and hope to have it done soon.

You changing the little ones in the button's too? They look like a large grain of salt if you just put one on the desk by itself. Gonna be lots of fun to put in. But i think it'll be worth it in the end.

Got half done today. al buttons (except steering wheel controls) and the a/c cluster are all done.
Steering wheel and gauges are tomorrows project.
