Strange bump or jerk at stopping and starting

does anyone know why it feels like someone bumps me when i come to a stop and start. someone told me axle flex? leveling kit installed 305/55/toyo opencountry a/t tires 20"rims

I also am experiencing this. Our 89 chevys did the same thing and we were told that it is caused by axle wrap in combination with sticking splines on the drive line. As you stop your axle wraps the leaf springs and causes the spline to slide on the output shaft of the tranny. The longer and lighter the leaf spring the greater the wrap the harded the "thunk".
