It has enough gain to out run a 5.7 stock Tundra! That is enough for me. You drove my truck like an old woman so you really don't know. lol

have a 2002 tundra that came from california - it has a supercharger that was dealer installed however the exhaust system is stock - we are putting a flowmaster system on to improve breathing - the truck is extremely fast - Chris

What is the brand of your Supercharger?

I have an '03 Tundra V8 that I put a new TRD Supercharger on this last summer. The "results" are great! It really kicks it.
Just hit the throttle and you're right where you want to be coming on the highway. The first thing I noticed in starting it up is it idles a little faster and sound of the gears in the SC sound great. It has more "mechanical" sound to it now. The exhaust is noticibly louder. In everday driving you notice just a little "whine". The truck is just like it was pre-SC. Of course it's hard not to punch it. It gets to speed in seconds.
Now if a person is looking for a quiet refined truck this is not it. The SC starts with a whine and quickly turns into a scream! The scream continues as long as you have your foot in it .... but that isn't very long as you're above the speed limit very quickly. My truck's a joy to drive and I don't have any of those Ford and Chevy 4x4 on my tail anymore.
